Worship Services
Our worship service starts at 10:15AM every Sunday morning. In addition to our worship services, we offer Sunday School at 9AM as well as evening groups and Bible studies. The evening activities are offered on Sundays at 6PM and Wednesdays at 6:30PM.
What can I expect on Sunday mornings?
After being greeted by our friendly volunteers in the foyer, you’ll walk through the double-doors into our sanctuary where you can find a seat in one of our comfortable pews. Most of our services begin with a welcome and a few announcements, followed by two or three songs for congregational worship. There’s a time for prayer and the collection of tithes/offerings, and typically a song performed by our choir or one of our congregants. Our pastor will share a message, which is usually followed by one song for reflection and then a closing prayer.
Most Sundays, our service will run 75-90 minutes.
What should I wear?
Most folks dress casually, but some prefer to wear their Sunday best. It’s totally up to you!
Where should I take my kids during morning worship?
Your kids will have a blast in our Brookside Kids ministry! There are maps in our foyer that can help direct you to the Kidventure Building, but don’t hesitate to ask one of our greeters/ushers to show you the way. After checking in at the welcome desk in the Kidventure Foyer, your kids will be escorted to their Sunday School class. After Sunday School, they will participate in their own worship service tailored just for them by our awesome team of Brookside Kids leaders and volunteers! When our regular morning worship service is over, you can return to the Kidventure Foyer to to pick up your kids!
We also offer a nursery for our infants to three-year-olds. The nursery is located just outside of the sanctuary next door to the women’s bathroom.
If your child isn’t ready to participate in our Brookside Kids ministry, no worries! Your kids are more than welcome to join us upstairs during regular morning worship.
On both Sunday nights and Wednesday nights, your children can participate in Brookside Kids while you are with your small group or Bible study!
Do you have services for my middle school and/or high school student(s)?
We sure do! Brookside Youth offers Sunday School at 9AM, and then sits together during the regular morning worship at 10:15AM. They also have opportunities to hang out and learn more about Jesus on Sunday nights at 6PM and Wednesday nights at 6:30PM in the Youth Center.
